What Happens When a Wendy was Not Settled in Full?
We Offer Two Payment Options:
Option 1) Buy The Wendy in 2 Payments (70% Down, balance 30% on completion).
Option 2) Apply for finance directly off of our website and let the finance company (Mobicred) settle the amount with us in full while the buyer / client settle the monthly instalments with Mobicred.
What Happens If A Client Opted For Option 1 and Do Not Settle the Balance Payment?
The wendy house remains property of Buzz Contracting until the final payment was received by Buzz Contracting.
In the event where Buzz Contracting did not receive the balance payment within 7days, the following applies:
Buzz Contracting will send a dismantling team to collect the structure and will be stored within our workshop until the following amounts have been settled:
#1 Dismantling Fee R4500.
#2 Transportation Fee R1999.
#3 Workshop storage Fee of R100 / day.
#4 Reassembly and delivery Fee R4500.
All these fees plus the 30% balance fee will have to be settled should the client still want the Wendy structure.

Terms & Conditions
1) We need at least 80cm away from any wall or structure on your premises.
2) The structure must be installed on a level surface, either a concrete slab or paving. The client is responsible for levelling the ground where the structure will be built. We can assist with levelling at an additional charge.
3) Should you want the structure on bricks, then supplying the bricks will remain the responsibility of the client.
4) It is the client's responsibility to remove and clear the area where the structure needs to be placed. Clearing grass, branches,
building materials or any obstacles remains the client's responsibility. We can possibly assist at an additional charge.
5) We require enough space to carry the pre-built panels to the site where the structure will be erected. We will require 2.5m
height clearance and at least 3m openings for panels to be carried to the job site.
6) The client is 100% responsible for the above points and no refunds will be offered in the event that a client did not follow our
recommendations.
7) Please note that when making a payment to Buzz Contracting, you do adhere to, agree and accept these terms & conditions.
8) We will start processing your order the moment we received payment.
9) Payment Terms 70% Downpayment and 30% upon completion.
10) The structure remains the property of our company until we have received payment in full.
Disclaimer: Please note, we build Wendy houses to be used strictly for storage options, not fit for residential purposes and
depending on the size of the structure, you may need to obtain the necessary building plans and approvals from the required
authorities. Should the client want to use one of our structures for residential purposes, then please note that we do not provide
COC certification of any sort. We only provide you with the structure plus optional add-ons. Therefore, all other municipal
permissions, architectural drawings, approved building plans, occupation certificate, COC and or building inspector certificates
and procedures strictly remain the responsibility of the client (you). This disclaimer is also mentioned on our website under the
terms and conditions page and by placing your order with us, you agree to these conditions in full.
